Having a hard time fighting the winter blues?

I found a great way for me to stay happy and enjoy the winter even without the sun is to go for a long walk.

The other day I did just that and found myself in this beautiful little park. It’s so nice to find little pockets of the city and take the time to explore them. I felt great during and after my walk. It was really inspiring for both body and mind.

Looking forward to spring.

Well our friend M.J. did and she found a new pair at the store. These adorable, warm mitts are made from recycled (or as Sarah the artist puts it upcycled) sweaters.  They come in a variety of colours with beautiful hearts embroidered on the top. I know I love my pair !!!!!

Valentine’s Day is Coming!

Right now the store is all about Valentine’s Day.  It’s one of my favorite holidays because (in case you haven’t noticed) I love hearts! Check out the Valentine video I did with my little friend Annie. We had so much fun.
