Hi everyone,Well, I've decided I'm not going to wait until January to do my annual detox. The next six weeks are always my busiest time of the year (Christmas is six weeks away!) and I need extra strength and stamina during this fun but frantic time. I've been hearing lots of complaints from friends about fatigue due to the cold weather and darker days and I'm feeling it too. Time to nip it in the bud. A few weeks ago I cut out alcohol and this week I've cut out gluten. Next week, it's sugar - always hardest for me but I know all this clean eating will be worth it in the end. So, bring on the lemon water and green tea and say goodbye to a sluggish system! Do any of you have any helpful tips? Send them my way!
